How can I make sure I get the right size?

All items are made to order. If you feel the standard size option (s/m/l) won't be a good fit for you, please let me know your sizes and I'm happy to adjust the item to get the right fit.
Do you take custom orders?

I do. If you want a different color/fabric/detail, please let me know so I can see what I can do. If you want an exclusive look just for you, please get in touch so we can discuss your ideas.
Do you accept returns/refunds?

Because all orders are handmade to order it is unfortunately impossible to get a refund. If for any reason you're not happy with your order please let me know so we can see what we can do.
How long does it take to get my order?

Because all items are handmade to order, please keep in mind that I need some time to produce. Depending on the complexity of the item(s) I'll need 3 to 9 weeks before shipping. If you're in a hurry, please get in touch with me to see if I can complete your order faster.
Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, all items are packed in a neutral way with no specific branding on the outside of the package.
