Dispatch

Because our lingerie is custom-made especially for you, production time is usually 3 to 9 weeks. Once your order is ready, we ensure that it is packed and shipped with the utmost care via our reliable shipping partners. You will receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can track your order.

Shipping costs: We offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands and for orders above €500.

Discreetly packaged: Your privacy is important to us. All orders are discreetly packaged without any recognizable brand designation.

Returns
Because everything is designed and tailor-made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully according to our size chart and contact us if you have any questions before placing your order. However, if your product is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will then ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
